You will need to register for an account. It takes one (1) business day for approval. You will receive an email stating if you are approved or not. Once you are approved, then you will need to log back onto the website and set up your visit.
Those individuals on probation or parole or who have an active warrant will not be approved for visitation.
Remote visitation cost $0.21 per minute.
You can still come to the Cole County Sheriff's Office to have a video visit at no cost.
Current victims are not allowed to visit with their offenders.
