Cole County, Missouri is seeking the services of a rail operator to manage and operate the County owned rail spur and transload facility.

Attached is a request for qualifications.  The document contains information about the facility and instructions for submittal.  The County will review submitted qualifications and make a selection that is in the best interest of the County by March 3, 2023.
