[ARCHIVED] Cole County Vaccination Site

Beginning Monday April 12, 2021, the Cole County Community Vaccination Site will be opened for any Missouri resident interested in receiving the COVID-19 Vaccination. It will be located at the Jefferson City Mall, 3600 Country Club Drive (on the south side between the two mall entrances) and will take place Monday-Thursday of each week from 9:00 AM until 3:30 PM. The Pfizer vaccine will be given at this location. This vaccine is approved for ages 16 years and older and is a 2-dose series given 3 weeks apart.

How do you schedule an appointment?

First, please visit and register through the COVID-19 Vaccine Navigator provided by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. If you do not have internet/computer access, please call 1-877-435-8411, and they will assist you in registering.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email within a couple days that will give you directions on how to schedule your appointment.

**It is important to note when your second dose will be scheduled! If you are unable to attend both first and second appointments, please pick another date and time that will allow you to keep both appointments. This will help ensure you receive your second dose and reduce wastage of vaccine.
