Cole County will be submitting an application no later than April 3, 2021 to seek coverage under Missouri Department of Natural Resources General Permit MOR04C - the comprehensive permit for municipal separate storm sewer systems. This will be an extension of the County's existing stormwater quality program. A public meeting to review the proposed permit application and an outline of the proposed program plan will be held as part of the regular Road and Bridge Advisory Committee meeting at 8:00 A.M. on February 25, 2021 held at the Cole County Fire Protection District Administration Building (5206 Monticello Road, Jefferson City, MO). Additionally, the county's application and the summary of the proposed Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) is posted at https://colecounty.org/505/Stormwater.
