Personal Property Assessment

In Cole County, your personal property assessment list is mailed with your tax bill in November. We ask that you hold the form and not turn it in until after January 1. This system allows us to save taxpayer dollars on mailing costs.

Personal Property Assessment lists are due by March 1st of every year. Assessment lists received after the March 1st date are subject to penalties by law.
