Availability of Staff
The Michael W. Prenger Center is staffed twenty-four hours a day. If you wish to speak to a particular member of our staff or to a supervisor they are available Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm. If it is an emergency, an On Call Supervisor may be paged by a staff member.
