Search - One of the benefits of having the plat book in Adobe PDF format is the ability to search.  For example by clicking on the binoculars on the pdf toolbar, you can search for a street name.  If it is found in the document, you will be able to navigate easily to it.  This option is available only once you have downloaded the page or book to your computer.

Bookmarks - Bookmarks allow you to easily find pages.  Click on the Bookmarks tab (usually on the left side of the pdf document).  Documents that consist of multiple pages will have this feature which works like a table of contents.  Clicking on the desired bookmark will take you to that page.
