Plats

• Original must be submitted on Mylar
• Accepted only in two sizes: 18" x 24" and 24" x 36"
• Each page must include the Recorder's Certificate

Surveys

• Original and one copy must be submitted on regular paper
• Accepted only in two sizes: 18" x 24" and 24" x 36"
• Each page must include the Recorder's Certificate
• Each survey must be submitted with a Survey Index Card
