I am a graduate of Blair Oaks High School and Lincoln University with a BS in Agricultural Business. I own Hoelscher Enterprises, LLC (a construction and remodeling business) and have my Broker-Salesperson Realty License with a local real estate company. I was an Assistant Football Coach at Blair Oaks and continue to volunteer as a coach for youth sports. I am proud that Cole County has been my lifelong home. As a resident and father of two sons, I want Cole County to continue to be a fantastic place to live. We have the right to expect our families and homes to be safe, to have an affordable cost of living and a business environment that lets commerce flourish. Being a good steward of your tax dollars is my first priority. I will accomplish this by using my experience, education and knowledge of Cole County to make careful and sensible decisions. Having worked in the public sector, I am well aware of the need to gather citizen input and to work to promote inter-governmental cooperation. I will be an advocate for the Eastern District as well as work for the betterment of the entire county and cities in it.I can be reached at 573-634-9112 or jhoelscher@colecounty.org. |

Born and raised in Cole County, I attended Trinity Lutheran School, Jefferson City High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Lincoln University. I own & operate All Seasons Landscaping & Construction, Inc. and have been working in the Landscaping & Construction field since 1994. My wife, Jennifer and I were married in 2002 and have 4 children. We are members of Trinity Lutheran Church and my wife is a teacher at Trinity Lutheran School where our children attend. Growing up in Cole County, I know we have a great community with strong Christian values. With the economy flat and our dollars being stretched we have to find creative ways to reduce expenses. Reducing expenses keeps our taxes low, makes our community attractive to new business and helps existing business thrive. I am excited to represent Cole County as the Western District Commissioner. I encourage citizen involvement and I will work to give citizens more access to county business. Further, I will bring county business to the citizens and ask for their input. I will treat all people with respect and look forward to serving all the Citizens of Cole County.I can be reached at 573-634-9111 or kscheperle@colecounty.org. |
