The Cole County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is located on the 3rd floor of the Cole County Courthouse Annex in the heart of Jefferson City, just blocks from the Missouri Capitol and the Missouri River. We prosecute cases ranging from relatively minor traffic and misdemeanor offenses to serious felonies.

To efficiently and effectively prosecute criminal offenses, the office employs 6 assistant prosecuting attorneys, 2 investigators, the RACS victims' advocate and VOCA victim advocate, and support staff members.
